Slice the apple into even slices that are between 1/4 inch and 1/8th inch thick, (I used a mandolin slicer to keep my slices uniform), cut the stems off any slices with stems and pat your slices as dry as you can with a paper towel. (The seeds will easily fall out once dehydrated.)
Put your crisper plate in your Ninja Foodi insert and lay as many slices on the crisper plate as you can without overlapping and leaving room for the feet of the nesting rack.
Place your nesting rack on top of the crisper plate and lay your remaining apples slices evenly on the rack, without overlapping.
Closer the lid of your Ninja Foodi, turn it on, select Dehydrate, set the temperature to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, set the time to 9 hours and press start.
When the cooking time is up, remove the apple slices and lay them on a cooling rack for about a half hour before storing in an air tight container or baggie.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All dehydrators dehydrate differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own dehyadrator and time adjusted as needed.
