This Easy Creamy Cheesy Rotini recipe is a great side dish for so many different meals. It comes together quickly and is packed full of creamy goodness.
Cook your rotini in a large pot and drain. (Return to pot if you are not using a clip on strainer.)
Add your remaining ingredients, except optional topping of Italian bread crumbs, to the rotini and stir over medium heat until the sauce is smooth.
If desired, sprinkle bread crumbs on top of each serving.
