Mix together your cooked noodles, onion and spaghetti sauce in your pot you cooked your noodles in and spread in the bottom of your lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together your sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Spread your cream cheese mixture evenly across your spaghetti and sauce mixture.
Top with your meatballs and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes, turning your baking dish after 20 minutes if your oven does not cook evenly. It is done when your cheese has melted and reached desired browning.
If desired, top servings with shredded parmesan cheese.
