Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and place in a greased 2.5 quart, 3 quart or 4 quart slow cooker.
In a small mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients (except toffee and nuts) until crumbly.
Sprinkle mixture over apples and top with nuts and toffee.
Cook for 1 hour and 40 minutes to 2 hours on low or 50 minutes to 1 hour on high, turning your insert halfway through your cooking time if your unit does not cook evenly, it is done when your apples are fork tender.
