Ingredients

frozen diced potatoes

small
onion
diced
32
oz
chicken broth
1
cup
water
3
tablespoons
all-purpose flour
salt and pepper
to taste

cup
milk

cups
Cheddar cheese
shredded
1
lb
bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
garnish
chopped green onion
garnish
Instructions
Combine your frozen potatoes, onion, chicken broth and water in your 6-quart crock pot (I used Sir Hamilton, my
Hamilton Beach Programmable Insulated Slow Cooker
)
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3 hours
Mix together your flour, salt, pepper and milk in a bowl and pour into your crock pot
Cover and cook on high for 20-30 mins, until your soup has thickened to desired consistency
Sprinkle your cheese on top of your soup and stir until your cheese melted
Serve with your bacon and green onions, if desired
