Pat chicken dry and place in slow cooker breast side up and squeeze 1/2 of a lemon over that side of the chicken and sprinkle liberally with lemon pepper seasoning.
Flip chicken to breast side down and use other 1/2 of lemon and squeeze juice over the top and finish sprinkling with lemon pepper.
Then slice the two remaining lemons and place on top of chicken.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.
