Notes
This recipe is an adaptation of a Slow Cooker Bananas Foster recipe we found in Gooseberry Patch's Busy-Day Slow Cooker.
We crocked this up in our Mini Casserole Crock and it turned out beautifully. I would make sure you use a 3 qt or smaller slow cooker for this recipe. The larger slow cookers will cook the sauce too hot and too fast. If you need to use a large slow cooker, I would place an oven safe dish inside to be able to cook this dish in a smaller area.
If you don't like or want to use Rumchata, feel free to use apple juice
If you don't like the texture of cooked bananas, don't add them until the very end-- right before you serve over ice cream.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slowcooker and time adjusted as needed.
