Crock Pot Unstuffed Cabbage Soup has all the delicious flavor of stuffed cabbage with none of the mess! This dish is so simple to throw in the slow cooker and it is the perfect all day recipe.
Put your cabbage in your crock pot and sit off to the side
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown your meat with your onion, drain and put back in your skillet
Pour your broth, tomatoes (undrained) and the rest of your ingredients in your skillet
Combine well and use a spoon to ladle over your cabbage in your crock pot
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours (give it a good stir before serving)

This soup makes a lot, so I would recommend at least using a 5 quart slow cooker or bigger. Most folks use a 6 quart.
