Crock Pot White Chicken Chili

This Crock Pot White Chicken Chili is super easy to make and will fill you right up!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 4 16 oz cans Great Northern beans drained and rinsed
  • 4 oz can green chiles
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese divided

Instructions

  • Put all of your ingredients, except for your cheese, in your crock pot and give it a good stir
  • Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours
  • For the last hour, turn your heat down to low
  • Once your chili is done, stir in 1.5 cups of your cheese and let stand until cheese is completely melted
  • Serve topped with remaining cheese
