Peaches
Pitted and Cut Into Chunks Peel if desired, we don't

DO NOT USE Quick or Old Fashioned Oats

Whipped Cream Cheese
Instructions
Place a large heat-safe bowl inside your slow cooker. (We use
this one
).
Place peaches, sugar and cinnamon in the bowl and mix well.
Add the steel cut oats, milk, water and vanilla and stir well.
Evenly dollop the cream cheese on top.
Pour additional water into the crock pot (outside the bowl) until it reaches halfway up the outside of the bowl.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
