Delicious Homemade Meatball Subs that anyone can make!

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 c Italian-flavored dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T fresh parsley minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 8 hoagie or hot dog buns split
  • slices Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese mozzarella cheese
  1. Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all of your ingredients except for your buns and garnish
  3. Make 2-inch balls and place them in your crock pot
  4. Pour your sauce over all of your meatballs
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours
  6. Serve on buns with sauce, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese as possible garnish
