Do you love meatballs? Do you have a favorite meatball recipe? This Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs recipe from Gooseberry Patch's Slow Cooker to the Rescue just might be your new favorite! Yum!
Mix together your ground beef, onion, graham crackers, sugar, salt, pepper and milk in a big bowl until well combined (if it is a little dry, add a little more milk)
Form your beef mixture into 1-inch balls
Lightly grease a large skillet and brown your meatballs over medium heat
Put your browned meatballs in your 4-quart crock pot, leaving the drippings in the skillet (I used Mr. Big, my 4-quart Crock Pot)
Pour your broth into your skillet and cook with drippings over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it thickens just a bit
Pour your broth mixture over your meatballs, cover and cook on high for an hour
Serve over cooked egg noodles
Notes
I decided to use my 4-quart Crock Pot, aka Mr. Big. Your favorite 4 quart crock pot will work great for these yummy.
I had some broth leftover after making the recipe, so I added the leftover broth to the water when making my egg noodles. I highly recommend it!
