Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 6 graham crackers finely crushed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3-4 teaspoons milk
  • 1 1/4 cups beef broth
  • egg noodles cooked

Instructions

  • Mix together your ground beef, onion, graham crackers, sugar, salt, pepper and milk in a big bowl until well combined (if it is a little dry, add a little more milk)
  • Form your beef mixture into 1-inch balls
  • Lightly grease a large skillet and brown your meatballs over medium heat
  • Put your browned meatballs in your 4-quart crock pot, leaving the drippings in the skillet (I used Mr. Big, my 4-quart Crock Pot)
  • Pour your broth into your skillet and cook with drippings over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it thickens just a bit
  • Pour your broth mixture over your meatballs, cover and cook on high for an hour
  • Serve over cooked egg noodles

Notes

  • I decided to use my 4-quart Crock Pot, aka┬áMr. Big. Your favorite 4 quart crock pot will work great for these yummy.
  • I had some broth leftover after making the recipe, so I added the leftover broth to the water when making my egg noodles. I highly recommend it!
