Dump all of your ingredients in your 2.5 quart crock pot (I used Dotty, my 2.5-quart polka dot crock pot) and stir until well combined
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour
Stir and serve

When you stir everything together, make sure your cheese cubes aren't touching the sides of your crock pot unless you plan on giving it a good stir. Cheese is great in a crock pot, but if it is left touching the side (especially at the top or where your crock has a hot spot), it tends to turn brown or burn.
The ground red pepper gives it a nice added flavor without a ton of heat. However, if you like spicy foods, you could bump up the ground red pepper. Or if you are super sensitive to heat, then you can leave it out. Whatever works for you!
