Place your chicken in a 4-quart slow cooker (I used Mr. Big, my 4-quart Crock Pot)
Mix together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over your chicken
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, turning your chicken once halfway through
Serve with sauce drizzled over your chicken
Notes
I used bone-in chicken thighs that I took the skin off of because that is what I had on hand. I am sure this recipe would be great with boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, but it would affect the cooking time, so watch it closely the first time you make it.
