Our Crock Pot Country Ribs are fall apart tender and packed full of flavor. Wrapped in bacon and slow cooked all day, these ranch flavored country ribs are a family favorite low carb recipe.
Pour Ranch Mix into a gallon sized baggie and toss ribs in a few at a time to coat.
Once coated, wrap each rib in bacon and place into a 6 quart slow cooker, layering if needed.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Place ribs on a lined cookie sheet and broil on each side for a few minutes to crisp up bacon.
Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce or with Ranch for dipping.

Notes
We like to use these liners for our cookie sheets.
As with any of our recipes, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
Some broilers also cook a lot hotter than others. Watch very closely so you do not burn your ribs.
According to our calculations, each serving contains approximately 1.6 net carbs using the ingredients we used.
