1TablespoonButter or Bacon Fat
1.5CupsShredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese Divided
1/3CupShredded Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
16ozBag Frozen Broccoli Florets thawed, But Not Cooked
1/2Small Yellow Oniondiced
Coat a 7-6 quart slow cooker or the casserole crock with butter or bacon fat.
Add the eggs, cream, 1/2 cup of cheddar, parm, salt and pepper.
Whisk in the crock until well combined and then stir in ham, broccoli and onion.
We like cooking this up in our Cuisinart Multicooker and our Casserole Crock because both have a nice rectangle shape and let us serve more like a traditional casserole. But any traditional 6 quart slow cooker will work as well.
