Mmm…beef and noodles...just like Mom and Gramma made them. Want the taste of Gramma’s roast over top of a bed of noodles and/or mashed potatoes? I have you covered with this Crock Pot Beef and Noodles. Yum!
Put your roast in the bottom of your 6 quart slow cooker.
Mix together your broth, onion and seasonings in a large bowl.
Pour broth mixture over your roast.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until your roast is fork tender.
Make a bed of mashed potatoes topped with extra-wide egg noodles or just noodles or just mashed potatoes.
Place a serving of beef on top and ladle juices over top.
