Optional: 2 Cups Cooked Pasta
Brown ground beef with 1 Tbsp of chili powder, onion and garlic and drain.
Add beef mixture to remaining ingredients (except pasta) in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Stir in pasta before serving, if desired.
