Ingredients
1refrigeratedpie crust
5ozpkg Canadian bacon
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
6largeeggsbeaten
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Roll out your pie crust in the bottom of your lightly greased 6-quart crock pot, pressing it into the bottom.
Evenly place your Canadian bacon on top of your crust.
Sprinkle with cheese and pour your eggs on top.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
