Mix together you remaining ingredients, except for your parmesan, and pour over your potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 hours or on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, it is done when your potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle your parmesan on top and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
When I first made this, I didn't stir up the parmesan that was on top of the potatoes. Next time, I may stir them up as the cheese melts so the parmesan is all throughout. Either way, these potatoes are awesome!
