Notes
This is a recipe for a 6-8 quart electric pressure cooker. If you are looking for the crock pot version here it is: Crock Pot Pork Chops and Cabbage .
When cooking this dish, you can use bone in or boneless chops, just make sure they are a medium thickness. Thin chops will overcook and thick chops could need to cook too long for the cabbage to withstand.
When cutting up your cabbage, cut into large chunks. Pressure cooking will cause the cabbage to soften more easily, so bigger chunks allow the cabbage to withstand the pressure longer.
We made this in our 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi, but you can make it in any 6-8 quart electric pressure cooker.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
Finally, all electric pressure cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own electric pressure cooker and time adjusted as needed.
