Place ground beef into a 6 quart electric pressure cooker and roughly break up with a wooden spoon or mix and chop.
Add beef broth and cook under high pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release and drain all liquid away from ground beef.
Break ground beef up again and add taco seasoning and water according to packages.
Place under high pressure for 10 minutes and quick release again.
Stir well and allow to cool before dividing into 4 freezer bags.
The leaner the ground beef you use, the more taco meat it will make.
If you would like to cool your meat faster before freezing, pour taco meat out onto a cookie sheet to cool.
