Our Low Carb Crock Pot Taco Chili is a hearty soup with savory beef, tomatoes, peppers and zucchini. Taco seasoning and cumin add a smoky flavor to this low carb chili.
Chili ToppingsSour Cream, Shredded Cheese, Guacamole, etc.
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet or slow cooker with a saute feature
Drain beef and place in a 6 quart slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients (except chili toppings) to slow cooker and stir well.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Serve in bowls with desired toppings
