Do a little taste testing as you add in your sugar. If you cider is already super sweet, you won't need near as much sugar as you do when your cider is a little on the tart side.
If you want more pumpkin spice flavor, feel free to add in more pumpkin pie spice. If you are not a huge fan of a strong pumpkin spice flavor, you can start with around 1.5 tablespoons of the pumpkin pie spice and do a little taste testing after a bit to get it just right for you!
