Cut cinnamon rolls into fourths place in a single layer on the bottom of your casserole crock or place a first layer in a traditional crock. (reserve icing)
Spoon pumpkin over the top, then sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice (continue layering cinnamon rolls then pumpkin then spice if using a traditional crock if needed).
Cook on low 2½ to 3 hours until sides are golden brown and rolls are set.
Drizzle your icing over the top of your casserole
Serve warm
