Wrap one third piece of bacon around a sausage and place in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker. Repeat with half of your sausages.
Sprinkle half your brown sugar evenly across the top of your bacon wrapped sausages
Repeat steps 2 and 3 with your remaining ingredients. If your bacon and sausages don't come out evenly, it is okay. I just doubled wrapped a few of my sausages.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours
Place your bacon wrapped sausages on a foil or parchment paper lined baking pan, drizzle juices from crock pot over top of all of them and broil on high for 2-3 minutes, watching continually, to crisp up the bacon a bit
Notes
You will want to line your baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy clean up when you are crisping up your bacon. Also, when you are using your broiler, I always recommend the “Pull up a chair and stare” method. If you take your eyes off of something in your broiler, it is very easy to go from perfection to disaster in mere moments. So just watch it closely.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
