Dump all of your ingredients, except your shredded cheese, in your 4 quart crock pot and stir until well combined
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour
With about 15 minutes to go, stir and top with shredded cheese and replace the lid. (It is done when the cheese on the top is melted)
