Place all meat and veggies in a bowl and toss in oil.
Stir well and season with garlic, salt and Italian seasonings.
Place into air fryer basket and air crisp/air fry at 360 for 15 minutes.
Stir well and top with cheese slices and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
We made our dish in our Ninja Foodi, however you can make it in any air fryer.
You can use any boneless skinless chicken cut into bite sized pieces. In the video we used chicken tenders. We have also used chicken thighs before.
