Rub your seasoning into both sides of your pork chops
Place your seasoned pork chops in the bottom of a lightly greased casserole crock pot or 6-quart crock pot
Slice your butter into thin pats and place evenly across the tops of your pork chops
Cover and cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours or high for 45 minutes to 1 hour (they are done when your meat thermometer shows the center of your pork chop reaches safe internal cooking temperature)
Serve with cooking juices drizzled over pork chops
