Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese evenly across your beef
Place your biscuits evenly across the top of everything
Sprinkle remaining cheese over the biscuits
Put a few paper towels under the lid of your crock pot to catch condensation, cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours
