Pour your marinade and apple juice over the top of your pork shoulder roast
Sprinkle your meat tenderizer, garlic salt, salt and pepper evenly on top
Add your minced garlic and lightly press it into your pork shoulder roast
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, until your meat is tender (if possible, turn your meat over around 6-8 hours in to cooking)
