In a large bowl, mix together your soups, broth, onion and milk until well combined.
Slowly add in your chicken and potatoes, stirring until everything is coated.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir.
Pour your mixture into your crock pot.
Place butter pats evenly around the soup mixture.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese all over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Sprinkle each serving with extra shredded cheddar, if desired.
