Our Electric Pressure Cooker Homemade Chicken Noodles are an easy way to make the favorite old fashioned recipe in your Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot or other electric pressure cooker. Easy made from scratch noodles and tender chicken make this the ultimate comfort food.
We use a whole chicken in this recipe, however, you can use whatever cuts of chicken your family prefers. You may need to adjust pressure cooking time to match the cut of chicken you are cooking. For example 3 lbs of boneless skinless thighs will only take 15 minutes under pressure.
The flour needed for making noodles will depend on many factors including humidity. Use 1 cup of flour to begin with and gradually add more as needed until your dough is no longer sticky. You want an elastic dough.
You can make this recipe in any 6 to 6.5 quart electric pressure cooker. We like to use our Ninja Foodi and Instant Pot
For best results, dry your noodles overnight. However, in a pinch you can allow them to dry for at least an hour while your chicken is cooking.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
Finally, all electric pressure cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own electric pressure cooker and time adjusted as needed.
