Spray your casserole crock or 6-quart crock pot with cooking spray.
Cut cinnamon rolls into fourths place in a single layer on the bottom of your casserole crock or place a first layer in a traditional crock. (reserve icing)
Spoon blueberry filling over the top (continue layering cinnamon rolls then blueberries if using a traditional crock if needed).
Cook on low 2½ to 3 hours until sides are golden brown and rolls are set, turning the insert halfway through if your slow cooker does not cook evenly
Drizzle your icing over the top of your cobbler
Serve warm
