Ingredients
3.5lbsboneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
Place green beans and top with chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish and season with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and salt and pepper.
Layer mushrooms and peppers.
Season again with salt and pepper, top with butter and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until chicken reaches safe internal temperature.
Shred your chicken with 2 forks and top with cheese and return to your oven (without your aluminum foil) until the cheese melts (about 3 minutes).
Serve with a slotted spoon.
