Heat your oil in a skillet over medium high heat and cook your chicken pieces with your onion and garlic salt and drain
Combine your cooked chicken, black beans, salsa, garlic powder, soup, tomatoes and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Spread your mixture in a lightly greased 6 quart slow cooker
Top with remaining cheese
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1-2 hours, turning your insert halfway through if your slow cooker does not cook evenly
Serve hot over a bed of crushed Doritos, if desired
