Gently mix together your soups (condensed with nothing added), green beans (drained) and milk until well blended
Spray your baking dish lightly with cooking spray
Pour your green bean mixture into your baking dish and spread evenly
Sprinkle desired amount of French fried onions on top (keeping in mind you will add more at the end)
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Sprinkle more French fried onions on top and bake for 5 additional minutes
