Cover the bottom of your casserole crock pot with your cinnamon roll pieces (Reserve icing packets).
Beat eggs, cream, maple syrup, vanilla and spices until blended well.
Pour evenly over the rolls in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle raisins evenly over the top of casserole.
Place a few paper towels or flour sack cloth tightly under the lid, cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until sides are golden and rolls are set.
Drizzle icing over top and serve warm.
