Spread your mixture evenly across the bottom of your casserole crock pot or 6 quart slow cooker
Place meatballs evenly across the top
Sprinkle your shredded cheese evenly across the top
Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours or high for 1-2 hours
If desired, top servings with fresh shredded parmesan
