In a large bowl, mix together your ground beef, eggs, oats or crumbled crackers and hot sauce until well combined.
Divide the meat mixture in half and press half into the bottom of a lightly greased 4 quart slow cooker.
In a different bowl, mix together your cream cheese and ranch mix until completely combined.
Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture all across the top of the bottom layer of your meatloaf and spread gently.
Take the second half of the meat mixture and flatten in your hands, lay on top of the cream cheese mixture and press the meat mixture until it is spread out evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
If desired, serve with a drizzling of hot sauce.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
