Place parchment paper on top of a cookie sheet and lay out your chicken tenders on the parchment paper.
Drizzle 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil over your tenders.
Mix your seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle half of your seasoning mixture over your chicken.
Flip your chicken, drizzle with remaining extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture.
Cook in your oven for 6-7.5 minutes, flip your chicken pieces and cook for an additional 6-7.5 minutes (depending on the size of your tenders) until your chicken reaches safe internal cooking temperature.
