4 Quart Crock Pot
3applescored and sliced, divided
1teaspoonapple pie spice
salt to taste
Put one of your sliced apples in the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker.
Place your tenderloin on top of the apple slices.
Spread remaining apples on top of the tenderloin.
Use a whisk to combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour mixture over everything using a stirring spatula to get everything out of the bowl.
Cover and cook on low on for 7-8 hours.
Spoon cooking juices over servings.
