2lbspotatoes
1ozenvelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4cupbuttermelted
1/4 teaspoonpepper
1/4teaspoon dried thyme
1/4teaspoondried parsley
1/2teaspoondried oregano
salt to taste
Instructions
Warm up your skillet over medium heat or electric skillet at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Peel and slice your potatoes thinly and set them aside.
Mix together your remaining ingredients.
Put your potatoes in your skillet, pour seasoning mixture over everything.
Gently toss your potatoes until they are all coated.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
