Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (We usually do 3 minutes at 400.)
Pat your chicken legs dry while the air fryer is preheating.
Place your chicken legs in the basket so that they are touching as little as possible and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Cook at 400 for 14 minutes.
Flip your chicken legs over and cook for an additional 12 minutes at 400.
Flip your chicken legs again and cook for an additional 2 minutes at 400.
While your chicken legs are cooking, mix together your melted butter and hot sauce in a small microwave safe bowl or large coffee cup.
Remove your chicken legs from your air fryer and place in a container that has a tight lid.
Pour your hot sauce mixture over the chicken legs, close the lid securely and toss until they are well coated.
If desired, pour sauce from container over chicken legs after plated for serving.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
Finally, all air fryers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own air fryer and time adjusted as needed.
