This Crock Pot Beefy Enchilada Dip recipe is super easy to make and quite the crowd pleaser! My family devoured it. I bet you will love it just as much!
Optional Toppings: Diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, sliced green onions
Instructions
Mix together your cooked ground beef and refried beans in a medium size bowl.
Spoon beef mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 2.5 quart crock pot.
Pour 1 cup of red enchilada sauce over the top of the beef mixture.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded taco blend cheese over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or 1.5-2 hours on high.
Serve with tortilla chips and desired toppings.
