This Easy Salisbury Steak recipe for the stove top was an instant family favorite in my house. It is easy to make and incredibly delicious!

Large Skillet with lid
1lbLean Ground Beef
1ozpkg Onion Soup/Dip Mix
21oz Golden Mushroom Soup(2-10.5 oz cans)
Put oil in a large skillet and heat over medium high heat.
Mix beef, eggs and onion mix in a bowl and form mixture into 4-6 patties.
Put patties in heated oil and brown on each side for 3-5 minutes.
Place patties on a plate and drain the grease from your skillet.
Spread one can of Golden Mushroom Soup in the bottom of your skillet.
Place patties on top of soup and cover with remaining can of soup.
Cover and cook on medium low heat for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
Place Salisbury Steaks on a plate, stir gravy in the skillet and serve steaks with gravy over top.
