Place your cubed chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a 4 quart slow cooker and stir until well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 2.5 to 3.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Turn heat to high, add gnocchi, stir and cook for 15 minutes, until your gnocchi is cooked through.
Stir and serve.
I used a 4 quart slow cooker. This recipe could also be made in a 6 quart slow cooker, but you will have to watch it closely to adjust the cooking time.
