Wrap 2 to 3 pieces of bacon around each piece of chicken. (How many pieces per chicken will depend on how many pieces of bacon are in your pack.)
Place bacon wrapped chicken in a casserole crock pot.
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top of your chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours. (Turn your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.)
If desired, place chicken on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and spoon some of the cooking liquid over your chicken. Broil on high for 1-3 minutes until your bacon reaches your preferred amount of browning. (Do NOT walk away while using your broiler. Watch it continually.)
Serve chicken with remaining cooking juices spooned over top.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
