Sprinkle pork chops with lemon pepper seasoning on both sides.
Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet (or browning slow cooker) in bacon grease over medium heat.
Mix remaining ingredients, except optional bacon, in a small bowl and set aside.
Place half of your browned pork chops in the bottom of a 4 quart crock pot.
Spoon half of your mixture over pork chops.
Place the rest of your pork chops on top and spoon remaining mixture over pork chops.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
If desired, sprinkle with the bacon bits (if you fried 3-4 pieces) before serving, I just use the grease I saved to brown my pork chops.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
