5cupsfrozen shredded hashbrownskept frozen (My store only had thick cut shredded hash browns, but regular shredded hash browns will work as well.)
1 1/2cupsShredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a large bowl, use a whisk to beat the eggs.
Stir in your heavy whipping cream until well blended.
Add your cooked and drained ground sausage and salt and pepper to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
Lightly spray your casserole crock pot or 6 quart crock pot with cooking spray.
Pour your egg mixture in your crock pot.
Sprinkle your shredded hash browns evenly across the top of the egg and sausage mixture.
Sprinkle your cheese evenly on top of everything.
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker doesn't cook evenly. It is done when the middle is set.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
